Mandrill của Mailchimp thỉnh thánh giúp đỡ

Tình hình là hôm qua em mới đăng ký sử dụng mandrill của mailchimp, nạp 30$ luôn rồi, mà sáng nay nó gửi em cái mail, mấy thánh vào xem giúp em. Tư vấn cho em làm thể nào để xin lại tài khoản ạ, em bị dốt tiếng Anh, có lẽ nào bị chúng nó lừa, em hoang mang quá
